Poppy’s Mesterolone and Methenolone Enanthate Cycle Along With Hormone Replacement

I’m in chapter 14 of TOT bible that @NeuroRN recommended. Chapter 14 is all about insulin. I’ve already adjusted my test intake from e4d to e3d due to recommendations of this book. I was already monitoring my carb intake(type 2 diabetes) and my insulin sensitivity…BUT this book has explained WHY i should do it and has helped me fill in some holes I was unaware of.

I’ve messed up by not putting the page marker tabs on the stuff I’ll go back to often. I do that a lot on reference material. I am planning on skimming/re-reading it and putting tabs in.
 
Todays training

standing oh press 4x6

Spear press. Hold an olympic bar in the middle with one hand like you’re going to throw a spear or javelin. Press overhead with one arm. 2x6 with 45 bar. Each side. Best is 95x 1 with right side.

Rest of session was fluff and buff. Might get on treadmill after chores around here.
 
I would be curious as to how much some of the big boys on UGM can “spear press”.

I picked it up from an article about an nfl linebacker and his training. Don’t follow sports so I couldn’t tell you who it was. He was ising 135.

I’m sure @Kad1 @Dirtnasty @TBU @JB_rD81 could do a bunch.

Just something different. I started tacking them on at the end of my oh press days. I’ve never had a big oh press.
 
I’ll check it out and get back to you… I’ll be starting back in the gym Tuesday with a 36 week 9 phase block periodization program, the first 4 weeks is only 3 days a week, so I’m going to add in a 4th fuck around day and a lot of active rest. My Overheads were like my bench, never anything to write home about and after 2 shoulder surgeries they’re even worse, but I’m always up for trying fun shit!

Holy cow!!! I have a special named after me. Now I really need to be jacked. If a guy has a special named after him in a gym type community and someone sees their picture they expect them to be jacked. This may be the biggest incentive I now have to finish this cycle strong lmao!!!
