Hahahaha. I was wondering about that when you said you bring it to work. Now all the guys are gonna go home and start drinking egg whites. Their wives and kids are gonna be like what the hell are you doing. Then they gonna say “this guy at work drinks them and I wanna look like him so if I drink it then that’s how I can look too.” Lol

Here’s a rusty desert special for y’all.

6 ripe bananas
1cup almond butter
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
Enough chocolate protein powder to make 90 grams for me it three scoops
Honey to taste

Put bananas in blender until smooth
Add almond butter blend until smooth
Add powders blend until smooth
Add honey blend

Butter a 9x9 pan pour in mixture bake at 350 until almost dry in middle about 25 to 30 minutes

Cool

Melt dark chocolate chips. Micro 30 sec stir then micro 30 sec stir then micro 10 sec stir and repeat 10 sec intervals until completely smooth. Cover protein bars with chocolate then sprinkle with sea salt. Put in fridge until chocolate is hard.

When you cut into pieces keep a cup of real hot water by you. Dip your knife into the hot water every so often to keep it hot while your cutting or else you will crack the hard chocolate topping.
 
Ended up doing 10 mins high/low on treadmill before supper

Will end up with 220g protein and 190 carbs.

Tomorrow will be no strength training and low carb.
 
Yeah it’s what you do before you send your lady friend a penis pic to make it look big. You don’t want hard don’t want soft somewhere in between so it looks like there is room to grow some good lighting and the right objects in background and it looks huge

I ended up with 9 more minutes of hi/lo on treadmill for total of 21 mins.

231g protein
126 g carbs

Squat day…my fav. Worked up to 4 plates on a 85# yoke bar for 3 sets of 3. A new post surgery PR. i was eyeballing 2 more plates because i was feeling squirrelly but decided to not doing something silly.

Did an bunch of other high rep squats and posterior chain stuff.

Highly motivated today. Feel great.
