I take some pretty powerful diabetes meds after supper. If I go to bed without enough carbs for the day, I start getting twitchy in my sleep… I sleep walk to the kitchen and gorge. I’ve woke up standing in the middle of the dining room after eating a lot of something stupid…with a belly ache! Hahaha
 
Supposedly burns more fat but I find I have less energy so I can’t go as hard when doing faster cardio so any benefit is washed out for me
 
There’s a bunch of data that shows that fasted cardio is excellent fat loss. So walking while fasted will force your body to tap into its stored energy source…fat.
 
I can go kinda hard but like you… I burn out and cut it short. I attribute it to me being a lazy azz
 
There’s some debate about fasted cardio. Really my morning fast is just an easy way to reduce calories for my cut goals. Also supposedly increases insulin sensitivity. It’s just the way I’ve done my cuts in the past and it works for me.
 
I’ve read the pros/cons. I’m doing it …well… because I’ve never done it before. Hahaha set the alarm and if I get up I do it. If not, I’ll do it later.
 
I just checked. I’m 5 months post knee surgery. Had tore medial and lateral meniscus in my right knee.

So far so good. The surgeon said it’s better than then the left knee now and I believe he’s right.

In case anyone reads this crappy azz stuff. Hahaha
