Egg whites …cans of tuna… string cheese sticks …pickled eggs…wife and I are meat eaters so chicken beef turkey pork …scoop of protein powder here and there.

I stopped all protein powder a couple of months ago and switched to drinking egg white as my quick protein shot. I found that protein powder made me fat and did not enhance my development.
I have a shake right after workout. I include some egg whites in it sometimes peanut butter. It’s a habit that’s hard to break. I think those shakes are tasty so it’s like a litttle reward after my workout.
