Poppy’s Mesterolone and Methenolone Enanthate Cycle Along With Hormone Replacement

Egg whites …cans of tuna… string cheese sticks …pickled eggs…wife and I are meat eaters so chicken beef turkey pork …scoop of protein powder here and there.

One cup of egg whites is 30 grams… guzzle it right down.

4 am for 10 mins hi/lo on treadmill…fasted

Overhead press day

Shoulders felt achey so i did not press

Did a bunch of ancillary fluff n buff for shoulders and arms

Out of that 230g of protein…I took one scoop of powder…25g of protein. I’m like you, I really don’t think it does what it claims.
 
I have a shake right after workout. I include some egg whites in it sometimes peanut butter. It’s a habit that’s hard to break. I think those shakes are tasty so it’s like a litttle reward after my workout.
