Powerlifting log 1 day out from comp

I feel fine on it, i have taken up to 300mg of anadrol at once. But never for a sustained time. 150mg is the best i think for being a sustainable dosage if used once or twice weekly. I absolutely kills my hunger though.

I take 20mg mk677 with the anadrol so i can still eat. Along with 1.2g of NAC most days.
 
It’s honestly so crazy how we all have the same “hobby” lifestyle. And I can read this and feel so out of touch with the mindset 😂😂😂 like… my hats off to ALL the powerlifting brothers and sisters here. Y’all are a different breed of human! Keep it up @squatter you’re killing it.
 
Today i did some bench press
3x6 @315lbs
then football bar floor press 225lb for 3x8
followed by cable tricep push down till failure for 3 sets
paired with 3 sets to failure of cable side laterals, and rear delts on cables

took 25mg dbol pwo with a 350g white rice and 10 oz new york strip
post workout 10mg mk677, 400g white rice 16 oz new york strip and 50g spinach 100g carrots

Fun workout today, shipping takes a while on hgh from oneq but i can wait it has been 3 weeks hopefully it comes in the next week or 2.
 
I’ve never done a floor press many of pin presses though just put those back in program. Alternating pins one week and jm the next
 
Did some banded deadlift yesterday, used medium blue bands idk what the band tension is maybe 30-50lbs per band. I took 100mg TNE 1 hour prior to working out.
I did 3 sets of 6 455, 455, and 475 lbs on my final set.
db rdl 115lb for 3x10
hamstring curcl eccentric motion only for 2 sets till failure
then yoga with girlfriend
I trained with my girlfriend at her gym which is always fun, as the gym i go to is to intense for her. She does pretty well but is more of a runner than a weight lifter, she knows how to do all the movements though.

Today i felt lazy and have barely done anything all day, well atleast i did my laundry. I hope everyone has a great day.
 
Yeah im good but i can barely walk right now, i had a wart froze off at the dermatolgoist and have a giant blood blister on my foot, so might have to take a week off of training legs i should be able to bench press still. It is fine because i deload was coming up soon anyway.
Dermatologist siad it should go away within a week and pain will go down in a couple of days.
 
I did some bench press yesterday 275lbs 4x8 with 1 sec pause, only did 6 reps on my last set.
Received OneQ blue got 5 kits, starting at 4iu split 2iu morning 2iu night. It makes me tired asf. Planning on doing some cardio later tonight and some abs.
 
I forgot 7wks out from comp this is going to be a great addition. I don’t remember are you going to run it through comp or drop it like a week before to make sure that you get dry?
