Well last training day was today
I did squat bench and deadlift
620lb squat went up well recorded got nice and deep
405 bench press very happy about had a pause to. Pec feels good.
Deadloft sucked kind of, i felt really drained at this point just did 545lb. I can hit 605 though i have done it before, and ot will happen in the meet.
I took 150mg anadrol preworkout, amd 100mg TNE. Anadrol is my favorite for strength. But i havent tried halotestin, that is better i here but much more toxic.
Now i rest for a week. Then its meet time.
