Powerlifting log 1 day out from comp

I upped my fiber a bunch added 6 tablespoons of chia seeds. But i only have 24 days before meet and ending cycle, i will look into glutathione.
 
Tudca and Taurine together are what make UDCA in the body it should help with cholesterol but its dietary supplements smh

I just take 3g of taurine everyday for back pumps, sometimes more, I didn’t know you should take taurine with tudca
 
Bloods were good.

Been busy starting new job, squat 625lb with wraps to good depth yesterday, i had a break while squatting a blood was leaking over my face and i was fuck i look crazy.

Pec is feeling better havent benched but doing 10lb db press feels fine and 275lb floor press was fine.

3 weeks out now and i feel great.

To get past 560. Legs don’t feel like issue but something is holding back
 
Adding anadrol 50mg before bed, and will keep pulsig it pwo also. Chad nicholls said to take anadrol before bed because it wont affect your digestion as it is over night. Going to try it for myself.
 
I bench pressed yesterday first time since hurting pec and it felt fine. I did 2 reps with slingshot then a single without the slingshot. That seemed to warm my pec up well. Took 37.5mg dbol pwo. Blew up and did some volume after. Worked up to a single of 365lb, happy with that.

Got some deadlifts tomorrow

Also getting bad acid reflux next day from anadrol
