Yeah I feel my lats really good and my back looks good. They just don’t show from the front view like they do from the back view. It’s really weird idk
Just do heavy dead’s that’s how I built this hahah naw I do all sorts of back movements but have decided if I do pull-ups it’s assist like rusty said so I can focus on hitting lats. If you really end to go light them up utilized single arm cable movements and just concentrate on pulling with elbows and squeezing contraction. Also straps help take the biceps out of movement and let you go past failure with grip.
So went and did some assisted pull ups. Def felt my back way better then doing it on my own. And put in 5 good sets of ten. Changing the weight as needed
