Question on Fasted Cardio and Fat Loss

I don’t eat anything after 7ish pm with bedtime at 8-9…usually closer to 8.

Been getting up at 4ish am to do fasted cardio on treadmill. Not every day but at least 2 usually 3.

Question is… if I have breakfast at 5 (oats and egg whites)…does doing some sort of cardio at 11am (6 hours later) count as fasted? Maybe not real fasted but better than right after a meal?
 
Its not true fasted cardio, true fasted cardio you can have black coffee but that’s it

Its really supposed to be right upon wake-up but your still getting cardio which is good just not fasted everyday
 
Actually black coffee would throw off a fast also. There are chemical changes that occur when caffeine is ingested. I don’t think it would throw off cardio though. I wouldn’t stress over doing fasted or non fasted cardio
 
I was doing fasted cardio with an ECA stack and not actually fasting. Rrrrr that’s upsetting

Immediately waking up I drink half a bottle of zero sugar Powerade. Get a little hydration and electrolytes. Then fasted cardio.

I wouldn’t overthink the fasted or not. Calorie expenditure doesn’t know if you have food in your belly or not. I do it fasted just out of convenience
 
Suggestion: only do like 20 or so Fasted with a coffee to help a bit. Unless you have a rigid diet, what is your goal?
 
Fight the diet, like I said IMO no more than 30 unless you are doing on stage. Jason does a pretty good job with the Diabetes bro! Sure you can do the same. Stay up
 
30 minutes of cardio is forever! Hahaha i get 10-12 minutes at a time…I’m a lazy azz!

I just try and do “something” every day. Yard work etc.
 
I’ve made pretty good changes to my lifestyle of eating. It’s pretty much sustainable for however much time I got left on this rock.
