Nice. Tiger Lily’s are one of my favorite flowers. My wife loves it when I stop on the side of the road and pick wild flowers for her.
 
Yes they do seem to enjoy the thoughtfulness of it, the wife’s favorite is sunflowers, has a HUGE sunflower tattoo up the side of her whole leg, that’s what the big one is.
 
Hey brothers. I haven’t reported much for gains. My weight is still 245. I was down to 242 for a short time. I have changed my routine in the gym. Shoulders are in pain at night and hard to sleep now I have tendinitis in my left elbow. So I have lightened the weight quite a bit and increased the reps. My pain in my shoulders feels like they are being pulled on. It’s not just my traps anymore but both delts kind of feel like a slight burning on the inside. Not like lactic acid burning either.

Final thought. I have been craving carbs in the middle of the night. Like if I don’t eat a bowl of cereal or some cheese and crackers I can’t fall back to sleep. Two nights ago I ate a whole tub of cottage cheese trying to stay away from the carbs but it didn’t work so I ate a doughnut the kids left on the counter Hahahaha. Stretch! Sounds like your fascia is all tightened up in shoulders, I’d get sleeves for your elbows, and stretching should help the tendonitis.
I’d also recommend a fast acting carb after workouts for recovery, Karbolyn is a good one, just a shake after workouts, it has corn/rice/potato starches.

Cold therapy sure helps me, I fill my tub with straight cold water and lay in it, has to be below 59 degrees.

@Optumpharma is the one who recommended the karbolyn!

Beans are the musical fruit! Haha, hmm fish usually is the culprit, and plant based proteins.

Talapia fish makes me have killer farts.

Ok. Hahahha. I’m going to have to YouTube shoulder stretches because I can’t figure out a good way to do that but I bet that’s going to help a lot
 
When I do shoulders chest or arms I assume it’s my rotator cuff burns like fire my right arm is worse I’m pretty sure my bicep is tore loose there too never had shots in them I used to get ultrasound massages that would help i warm up good and do rotator exercises I figure it’s from years of carrying buckets of dead chickens and feed ect I wish there was a magic fix hgh doesn’t help it either I have wondered about peptides or sarms or whatever isn’t it TB500 to hell with the knife just have to be smart
 
Yes all that protein can do it… and what are you running I don’t remember, but eat the carbs enjoy
