Sorry guys that I haven’t been updating super busy trying to put together an Irish menu for the month between both restaurants, everything is the same and still feel good. Idk if you guys remember that I took Nolva out about a month ago. Well I had to start it back up, it is what it is. Hitting the gym still regularly, actually getting ready to go now, so I’ll update my log tonight not tomorrow morning, sorry guys and thank you for understanding.

3 x incline dumbbell fly till failure
3 x machine decline press super/ pec deck
5 x y rope pushdowns all the way down to 5 reps
3 x kettlebell skull crushers till failure
3 x ezbar reverse grip overhead extension super/ single arm kick bags all till failure
2 x dips w/ no weight all done till failure

Well guys got about 2 weeks left. The best part is I’m still feeling great, no lethargy, no appetite suppression, just an over all good feeling. I do notice my joints a tad with the Winstrol in full swing, but nothing unbearable, mind you too I’m still keeping in Deca @ 300mgs. Also had to reintroduce Nolva, I went a good month and a half with out it, which surprised me, but past couple days starting to see gyno flare ups. Also with these last 2 weeks I upped the Winstrol to 50mg ED, and I think I might up my Sdrol to 30mgs ED, go out with a bang. Already I’ve dropped a ton of water I’d say about 8 pounds worth, starting to really get the finishing touches, striations, vascularity. Like I mentioned before I will add pics at the finish. Aight gotta get kids to school and off to work. Today’s day off and tomorrow I have legs ✌️

Wow crazy pumps!! Holy shit I was barely able to walk up the stairs to leave the gym. Sdrol has me looking so damn full. This was my second day at 40mg and it’s intense man that’s all I gotta say. The best part is NO LETHARGY!!! Anyways lil over 2 weeks left, for this long of a blast I boggled that I’m feeling good and stronger then ever. After dropping all the water I’m still hovering around 225, and looking and feeling full, so I def can’t complain about that. Freaky look is coming out I can tell by the way people stare at the gym lol. Anyways guys have a great week, and I’ll be chiming in here and there ✌️

Everything is feeling great, stronger and fuller then ever. Idk if I mentioned before but I had to start Nolva back up due to flair ups, it is what it is. Got 2 weeks left fellas and then deload. I’m probably gonna due a lengthy cruise at 300mg Test E for a minimum of 6 weeks. 2 weeks before I start up my summer blast Im going to introduce EQ to my cruise. I don’t believe in frontloading, this way when I start EQ will already be in the blood. Well guys had a day off from work today for once so I’m just bumming it out today till around 6 when I go for Back/Bis tonight ✌️
 
How do you like doing the cables for incline chest press etc.??

Haven’t tried it for chest press or flys on the bench in forever, but need to mix it up some.

Had a great work out yesterday guys, after having the day off I was able to get into the gym and just fuck shit up. Hey I wanted to ask you guys, have your gyms been looking empty lately? I got into the gym right around 6pm ( prime time ) and it was damn near empty, I asked the chicks that work front desk and they said it prolly had to do with the Coronavirus. Anyways guys working a dub today but I’ll be back in the gym Saturday smashing shit… Coronavirus or not lol
 
I think the gyms being emptier have to do with both COVID-19, and the fact that Spring Break started and will be scattered over the next several weeks throughout the country. That is, if folks are actually traveling or doing anything. Hell, most of the shit here in FL. is closed now, like Disney, Universal, etc., except for beaches.
 
Gym was dead yesterday… no body was working out everybody was watching the news and standing around the cardio machines. Took advantage and killed the shit outta my shoulders and arms. Cardio is dangerous rn 55 min on stair master…
