what are your methods of dealing with anxiety while cycle with stacks like test and tren?

I have clients who mention they use xanax, but thats a very slippery slope. what are your methods of dealing with anxiety and getting better sleep in general?

thanks in advance.

Tren did a number on me last cycle. I had to cut back on doses and micro dose TrenA to minimize the side effects still didn’t like how it made me feel. It’s a great compound for guys that can tolerate it. But if it’s not fun why do it?? I was ready to just quit it and role with something else if I couldn’t get things under control. I was told by many members here to just stop it all together. If a brother or sister needs to take something like Xanax in order to tolerate a compound they should stop taking that compound. It’s not worth it.

Sleep: remove all screens from your bedroom, don’t do anything but sleep and have sex in your bed. Don’t eat or work while laying in bed. If you’re going to keep a screen in the room, wear blue light blocking glasses.

Lower the temp to 65-66°. Block all light, including lights from chargers. All can effect REM sleep.

Anxiety: meditation, journaling. I agree with @Rusty if you have to take Xanax to run tren, find something else to run. It’s not worth it. Trazodone and seroquel are both used regularly in ICU to maintain normal sleep wake patterns. But both require a script.

Ohhh that’s right. Have you tried at the gym? Not encouraging you to try something that gives you anxiety, but if you had, I’m curious if there was a difference in the gym.

It’s not just the risk thing. Just the feeling of being uncomfortable to me makes it not worth it. I am speaking of mental comfort. Coming from the pin cushion himself lmao. I stick sometimes six needle a day and I’m talking about comfort. Stupid!!! Hahahahaha. Seriously though mental comfort is huge in my book.

Interesting about what you said about trazadone and seroquel, I have both prescribed,I don’t use the trazadone cause it makes my dreams quite vivid, which isn’t always a bad thing, but when it’s a nightmare, it’s bad. I do use the seroquel nightly @ 200mg but it’s not workin like it use to, I wake up a lot at night.I am in the process of fixing that, but they’ve introduced a few new things, so we’re slowly workin thru it, giving it time, then adjusting doses

I wear a hat over my face most nights so it’s darker @NeuroRN it helps, also I find clozazepam helps more then Xanax, a bit slower acting and I believe stays active longer overall.
