Test EQ and deca cycle

Haha im only about 245lb right now, eating pretty light atleast for me. Plan on upping those calories soon though. Breakfast was 200g egg whites 2 whole eggs, 2 homemade pancakes with zero calorie syrup, little bit of breakfast potatoes with peppers. and 85g carrots. Hit a pretty easy workout at home, I have a power rack and some dbs up to 60lbs. Did 4 sets of 8 at 255lb on bench press. Then some triceps, and db push togethers. And rear delts always.
 
Hit some deadlifts yesterday did 465lb for 5 reps, felt good DL again. I got new knee sleeves gangsta sleeves from Mark Bell. they are thick and hard to put on, but they feel great on the days once on. I used them for some light squats today just to try out at home gym.
Massive snow storm 8" of snow for me, so stuck inside today, and a late day tomorrow. Hope everyone had a good weekend.
 
Starting wave 2 of unilateral training emphasis from matt wenning hypertrophy guide. As i already did wave 1.

Warm up
single leg split squat 2x12 with 135lb
single leg extensions 2x20 per side 90lb
single sided seated calf raises 2x20 50lb

main lift
back squat 4x15 with raised heal and narrow stance. used 225 and last set 245. burned bad

accessories
single sided donkey calf raises 3x15 per side(subbed for normal calf machine used 60lb)

6 hours post workout
biceps 6x10-12 each arm separate
havent done yet will do before bed with 35lb dumbell.
 
Kinda you got your main workout. Then 6-8 hours latter u do an exercise at home, such as biceps curl, planks, etc. It is to allow more volume and keep intensity up since the second part is several hours away.
 
The program is suppose to be 3 days of workouts and 1 day off, repeat. But do to time constraits of college i only workout three days per week. The two a days are not traditional two a days, you only go to gym once and then do a single exercise later in the day.
 
Did a chest day today did some heavy benching. worked my way up to 315 for 3. Then threw on the slingshot and did 335 for 5 and 355 for 3. Hit some tricep extensions, cable side delts, smith machine incline press, and db and cable curls. Breakfast: 200g egg whites 2 whole eggs, 85g carrots, 25g whey protein isolate,

Taking 25mg anavar preworkout only holding under tongue of crushed tablet for 20min hoping for absoprtion. I found a few old tabs.

about 250lb and recomping. dropped a bit of fat and getting stronger mostly been working on deadlifting. hit 525x5 last week. Bench press feeling better, did 345x6 last saturday. Looking at competing in PL nationals in july maybe.
Also taking 10mg mk677 just for better sleep before bed and 850mg metformin to keep blood sugar in line. Fasting is usually between 86-92.
