The road to 2000 dirty pounds log

Think I’ll get my blood work week of meet go in on Monday see how things look being sober but on all th e tren.
 
Jms were better this week 12 reps is a lot for those haha. Lost at least 8 pounds at the festival. I was probably down about 4000 cals a day over the three days and between walking up and down hill from campsite and the amount of dance I did I was either walking or dancing from 8pm to 5:30 am Friday night to Saturday that was alot of cals burned.

Hours of being on feet got about 17000 steps in today I think I’m supposed to do
Top set of 6 plates for 3 the. 5 back downs at like 88 percent of that for triples so nothing heavy but I’m tired
 
Well made it through back into 600’s next week. May start posting videos of top sets soon. Here’s physique

Comp bench felt good for six pause is getting better now I need to get back to getting tight in back with leg drive. If I decide to do meet after this one, lots of stuff going on in life making me think th is could be last. I will do hypertrophy work but still train with pause and low bar on squats. I actually feel it more in quads in my low bar postion than high anyways
 
Did 40 minutes on treadmill May do some
Cardio on off days for recovery and jaut rhe be in better cardiac shape. Can’t hurt with lift if I don’t over do it which I won’t. And an excuse to eat more junk cuase j don’t want to lose weight
 
Filmed self and man ky squats were way high today. Well top set back offs I got to depth. I love safety’s down thinking it would Help me get deeper but did opposite in used to going till my arm hits so I’ll love them back next week and do that for few weeks then lower safety’s again cause I want to be sure I’m at depth for meet

I may try and add my videos on YouTube n sundays then upload them here so my log has soemthing showing progress. My top set on squats was 555 for 5 which was ten pounds heavier than what he has on program to do but I’m tryingto account for the lighter weights we use at gym and also was go so fast on caffeine I forgot about extra bar weight haha
 
My 3 cr singles with 435 were so so today but the 235 jms for 12 went better than 225 last week will bump again next week I think I’m going to buy some 2.5’s
 
I weighted 302 this morning been eating so much I know what ever I weigh T the end of the next four 4 weeks il end up dropping like 3-4 pounds once that tren starts
