This correct but I did coin the term talking to guy at festival that tren is basically anabolic coke. It disrupts your sleep makes you feel like a good until it makes you bit paranoid you sweat a lot and get super horny but at time the dick doesn’t work. They share all the same effects haha

Everything today was supposed to be rpe 8 except ss I missed on squats could have went emhevay by 10 pounds I think really hitting a groove on block to bad it’s over next week

Slowly getting strength back to where it was then we surpass it. Was nice being told I looked massive by a pro today
 
Did 30 minutes 3mph 3.5 incline will up incline next week. And 5 minutes mph backwards walking
