Dead’s 615x3 525x3x5 tore callus on first set. My grip strength was not there after doing 12’s and all the picking up things at work all night mentioned maybe switching days up of training to best work around my 12 hours shifts that are very taxing on forearm and back
Bb high rows 4x10-235 this is when halo kicked in wanted to try gc compared to other I have very nice
Db rows 4x10-90

All lifts done to rpe of 8 minus the dead’s skipped hammer curls I can strap up for pulls but forearms not having the hammer
445 next week the hard part is how much time between each set I do it like clusters of 3/3/2. With 30 seconds between darts i clusters the. Regular rest probably my favorite of the pause or tempo work casue my counting throws off keeping track of reps i others movements
ThNks I think I can already tell difference with ment. As weeird As it sounds it felt like I was gsttign Little bette S my shift went yeSterday like recover was happening quicker
Well I know I’m programmed a certain weight today but I may add my 2.5’s I just got to see how they do haha. That’s right I had to hit my own 2.5 cuase the gym doesn’t have them
Lifts going up but so was my hit slightly nothing a higher bench and 3 months of getti fuse dot leg drive again won’t fix. Todays lifts
Bench 440 x6 385x7x3
Ohp 3x8-185
Machine flys 2 Ct squeeze 3x15-165
Db skull crusher 3x20-40

All accessories in 8-9 rpe I’ve been goig up on weights if I do 8 rpe one week and staying sane on 9 till it’s an 8 then repeat
You have the exact same ass pop on your bench that i had! Aggravating as heck.
It’s Not like your butt is coming all the way up in an exaggerated arch and the strength isn’t there… you just got a little pop when you’re exploding out of the hole.
Yeah it’s lower bench height and the are slick pads so I can’t reAllh push legs away like I’m supposed to do with f I use legs drive it goes straight down and ass goes up. I’m slowly goig to try and move feet farther back so it just naturally gets in to a better position for leg drive
