I’m trying to listen to my body more and not push through things like I used to. I need to get better about mobility though, and I think this year I’ll be introducing a very low dose of GH to help with some nagging things and help prevent them from getting much worse
 
It will help just watch out for bone growth. This is why I stopped gh but it did help my injuries especially old soft tissue injuries
 
When my wife still competed and I had her on it, I would have her use 4 IU daily split 2-2 during prep, and 2 IU daily… I’ll probably start with something similar
 
I’m on. 4 ius and the last month I have felt it really make a difference

So… in retrospect, I’m not 100% sure the issues with my left delt injection site is scar tissue build up, but I’m thinking my body doesn’t like the Miglyol 840… I’ll find out tonight when I pin a glute, but if that’s the case I’ll be pretty fucking sad because I was excited to run @SRx high mg stuff… damnit
 
It does, it feels like there is a golf ball in my left delt, I’m slightly swollen from shoulder to elbow through my biceps and my skin is flush and itchy…
 
Here’s my log from last night. Like I said, Cuban presses were interesting, but I still did them…
