Man I have to keep harping on it but you need higher protein less cals for a snack those days hat we call calorie dense food not great for weight loss that’s about. 500 Calories almost a full meal amount for all of 20 g of protein
Yes great protein to calorie ratio but expensive haha. Protein shakes are great for cutting cals and keeping protein intake up. I personally do double shakes. So I get about 60g of protein and only intake 300 ish cals. And it can keep me good till time for next meal
Get ya a small carton… don’t pour it in a glass. Just take a couple good chugs from the carton. Pretty soon you’ll be putting them away like there’s no tomorrow. I like them scrambled but chug them often for pure convenience. I will also mix 1 cup whites 1 cup diet cranberry juice and a scoop of isolate in a blender. Tasty high protein low to zero everything else.
