That sucks man. No different advice than I gave yesterday. Like I know I’m goig. To probably lose some
Muscle this weekend but next week I’ll get it back and then continue forward. Through this he good times and the bad we just got to try and keep moving forward.

This is the lentil/split pea I made the other day with 5 eggs.
1.5 cups of beans

Start counting macros big guy.

If you don’t want to use an app… google each thing or use packaging count and put it in a notebook old school with a pencil.

Using a pencil and paper makes it yours alone and gives it some personal effort.
 
I hope it’s not 93/7. Maybe u could have done 4 oz Pattie’s but my meal plan called for half pounders. I instead just mixed in taco seasoning and used keto tortillas

This is what being “held accountable” looks like… although it may look like nit-picking… everyone is trying to help you hone your diet template to be the best you that you can be.

I second what @Neuro stated a bit ago… @Dirtnasty is a real big dude like you and has accomplished a remarkable recomp… maybe listening to him will be worth while.
