Touchdown for nice fall cycle

Know the well … for years competed with them with ortho and spinal products! I’ve been managing several teams now for the past 8 years … no more operating rooms for me! I don’t miss it…much respect for anyone who works in in hospital daily.

Good rule of thumb for sure…EQ is a interesting compound…In the Middle East it’s very common for them to run incredibly high dosages of the EQ with low doses of test all year long… 1200 EQ / 250 Test

I’ve liked the 500eq/300 test cycles I’ve run. Anything much higher than that with EQ I and I get horrible anxiety.

1200… dayum.

EQ has chemical structure that’s nearly identical to testosterone, it does an even better job at stimulate protein synthesis… hence was given to race horses for years to gradually add lean muscle over time. So assuming the same is the rationale in bodybuilding

I believe it also does not significantly aromatize anywhere near what test does so can be run at higher doses with less side effects. However, when it’s run at doses higher than test, wouldn’t your libido drop? I haven’t really noticed that on my current cycle, but do notice although no problems in the bedroom, my libido isn’t quite as high as it has been with test only cycles or when I ran EQ lower than my test dose. Whenever I want to feel like a porn star I can always just pop a little blue pill for supercharge. LOL

One down side of using gear as more of a body recomp, is that I’m noticing my strength is going through the roof now that the EQ is kicking in now that I’m at 9 weeks. I know I can lift more, but am careful and know my body well enough from prior experience not to push it as my tendons/ligaments are lagging a bit, so when I feel a bit of strain or pain I typically drop weight down and do reps in a higher range of 12-15, rather than heavier sets in the 6-10 range. I typically like to do a combination. I haven’t trained this hard for some time and am now really seeing a significant transformation. Using the garage gym forces me to not rely on any machines so I believe overall it is much more effective as I’m doing more lifts that I typically didnt do as regularly as I should (e.g., do both back and front squats, Roman deadlifts, hip thrusts, heavy deadlifts). I can easily tell from just the mirror and how my clothes fit. People that haven’t seen me in awhile are a bit taken back as I’m really filling out in the right places. Going to need to get some baggier jeans for my legs and decrease my waist to 32-34 inches. I have a scale that uses BIA technology so it will estimate BF%, muscle mass %, and water weight % and tracks it on my phone. BF Has significantly dropped ~4% while muscle mass is increasing ~3-4%. It’s not perfect as the scale only really can measure your legs and midsection, but gives a good estimate that you can track. Here’s a pic of body weight (blue) to muscle mass (gray) since the beginning of January. You can zoom in different setting to see each weigh in. I usually do it weekly.

Yeah that’s where my interest of running it year round came. Then we had that king guy come in here and mention it. He did power lifting so intrigue raised more

Yeah I’m thinking of decreasing it a bit and running it a bit longer, or just save some leftover for the future. Definitely dropping test back to 500 since taking Proviron with it. Don’t want to completely shut myself down, though inevitably as I get older I’m sure I’ll probably eventually be on TRT, which I’m fine with, but not at this point just turning 40.

Although I haven’t used our other Sponsors here, which I’m sure are very good as well, but your crew is by far the best I’ve ever worked with! Love the 20% sale you typically always have going. Also both you and @GearChurch have excellent communication. Been a pleasure working with both of you. 👍
