Ehy guys,
as you might have heard we are in lockdown down-under.
It’s been now 3 months and another 2/3 head.
I was on 500mcg of Test + 250mcg of Deca per week
Around 3000 calories per day
Hitting the gym 4 days a week
Wonder: what to do next ? I guess without training I have to re-think the whole thing but not idea…
Any suggestion it’s appreiciated.
 
And where are you at and wanting to maintain. Access to body weight exercises, anything like kettlebells etc.
 
Calisthenics and what not can do wonders especially if you get a weight belt and can still progressive overload
 
Resistance is resistance. You can still up the intensity with home workouts. Bands are cheap and can be used for multiple muscle groups. Sounds like it’s time to get creative to get the job done!
 
I will say I don’t recommend what I did during gym shut down I just got back into bad habits and put me behind the 8ball so to say
 
well, I would like to keep as much as possible. Just few dumbbells in the garage. At the moment dumbbells cost more than gold.
 
Mate. it’s been now 3 months…and besides, probably my whole point is : what’s the use of pumpuing like an horse with AAS if I m not training proper? Shoud I (and how much) reduce or eliminate ASS ?
 
My opinion is to drop down to trt/cruise dose and do body weight exercises and whatever you can do with your dumbbells. Pull-ups push-ups dumb bell work calisthenics …etc

You can still build like that.
 
By all means if you feel like you can’t train with enough intensity in your current position, then just drop to cruise/TRT dose.
 
3+ months men…it’s a ’ long’ time and to my little knowledge in bodybuilding you go up the stairs and down with the lift…
 
Push-ups and pull-ups brother. Drop back to maintenance dose and carry on. You’ll be ok.

Cinder blocks, broom sticks etc. you can find “weight” to train with.
