Update on quads and tiny injury

Well I kept it quiet but about 6 weeks left in prep I hurt my groin very slightly. Nothing big and it didn’t hold me back. I was doing banded leg presses with 11 plates per side went a little too deep on last rep and felt it. Fast forward to week before show legs felt amazing. So I was squatting with chains (body fat very low). I only had 225 on with 2 heavy chains per side. 4th rep I really hurt it bad. Luckily no bruising or anything bad just hurt.

I’ve been doing some unorthodox training to
Heal it up. I’m training my good leg super hard and heavy and just doing leg extensions and leg curls if I can’t do both legs due to groin. Today I did 4 plates per side on leg press single leg for 15 reps this was about my 7th set or so. Then did single leg hack squats with 2 plates per side for 12. Had a bad ass leg workout and pump was insane.

Yea damn thing Is a pain In the ass. I’m not doing anything with the injured leg except extensions. And curls those don’t hurt anything I feel it any bit at all I don’t do I just stick with single

Those are some serious quads bro. I think I’ve seen you say you didn’t care for peptides but I’ve had excellent results with BPC157 and TB500 for healing tendonitis. One month complete recovery without any down time. Just a suggestion if it doesnt get better. Maybe look into it. I can tell you how I dosed it if you’re interested.
 
I’m definitely interested. Matter of fact my coach did mention maybe getting the BPC157. What company did you use? I hear you need to administer it close to injury site?
 
The TB500 I did IM in the shoulder as I dont use that spot for anything else. The BPC157 I did in my wrist and elbow subq. I also did some of them in the other arm and still had 100% recovery on one month. I ran it for 6 weeks as that is what I ordered. It is still good one month off. The source I used website was down for a while. It was back up a couple days ago. I will text him and see what’s going on and get back to you about that.

Your legs look amazing!
When I injured my groin I injected BPC-157 directly into the injury daily with 500mcg and it healed extremely fast!

So how long did it take before you felt
Safe to squat and leg press!?
 
Hey brother I wouldn’t use the peptides to try and heal go straight to the HGH 191aa. Somatropin you can get it and test it to make sure that its legitimate also the other peptides you really have no idea what it is and we definitely know that HGH heals very well.

I’m on pharmacy Gh. It’s still not healing. John actually recommended the BPC I just haven’t gotten it mainly because I think like you on peptides. I had a good friend have a double hip replacement and used both those compounds and gh and he said he healed super fast. He said up till then he wasn’t a believer in it.

I ordered from same company he used. I guess I can give a report on it but will I know it’s gh or the peptide healing lol.

At this point I just want it better. I’m scared to push it because one wrong move and that can be my season. I’ll get another ultrasound when I go to my yearly checkup and have blood work done
 
Nice pics @PHD … and see that fear you have of pushing it right now is working for you, making you be smart about the situation and not pushing to hard.

The hgh should definitely help I can’t wait to start running my hgh again and its dbhgh or atleast 1 kit after that im going to change to OneQ for sure.
 
It doesn’t hurt at all with a 29 gauge slin pin.
I tore mine on real heavy leg curls. It took a few weeks to heal. I can’t squat. My knees are destroyed.
 
Fuck I’ve tore my ham before pretty bad bruised and all couldn’t hardly walk. This is a slight tear I had ultrasound on it and could see it. I’m definitely babying it thought don’t want to tear it completely. Thanks bro and glad you’re better
