Hey all. Been going to therapy lately have a girl I really like and I can open up to. She gave me this exercise to use when faced with adversity. It seems so simple. Am going to be intentional on using it
I would encourage anyone who this resonates with to look into some of the stoic philosophers. Most of cognitive behavioral therapy can be traced back to a stoic mindset.
Man I listen to a lot of that stuff on YouTube! It’s def helped me become a better man. I always figured if the voice inside my head wouldn’t help then I’d change it by listening to stuff like that
