Hey everyone I’m new here, I’m trying not to make mistakes in both my lifts as well as on here so bare with me!

I’ve been training for about 2 years straight now, (use to train as a teen but that’s a long time ago) I’m very passionate about lifting and I have a few goals.

My current lifts are
Bench- 365
Squat - 445
Deadlift- 475

My body weight is currently 205lbs

My goal is to get to a 500lb squat at some point and a 405 bench at some point in my life!

Looking forward to reading about everyone’s progress etc!

Welcome aboard. Pretty impressive numbers already. Slow and steady is the key!! Good luck in all your goals!
 
Those are very good numbers for having only 2 years of training under your belt.
 
Thank you so much!! I’m not natural I’m running test 250mg a week for the past 1.5 years at a very high cruise dosage (borderline cycle dose I know)

But thanks for the support! Sometimes I try not to compare myself to others but it’s very hard not to. But I do believe I’ve come a very long way.

@Adamjsw welcome bro. I’m new here too and these guys have been great, definitely supportive and informative. There’s also seriously low levels of internet fuckery. I think the right term here is well moderated.
