Winding down the summer

Got to work at 6am and the air is cool and the wind is blowing, feels like fall coming in fast. Falls my favorite season. Looking forward to flannel weather and finally a break in the oppressive heat at work which leaves a lot more energy for the gym. Planning to take the family camping, or to a cabin atleast, wife’s not really the tent type. Looking forward to the leaves changing in the northeast. Looking forward to harvest season and all the great food that comes with it. I love Halloween and Thanksgiving. Who else is excited about the coming fall?

Fall definitely my favorite season. Hunting coming up. Colors, bugs settle down. Definitely love the harvest. Be making apple butter and dried apples. Salmon run. Lots to be happy about with next three months.
