Ok back on 1g test 700 dhb 700 mast and will be isi g 6 ius of hgh 100 t4 40 teli and other various stuff thrown in.

Goals just get back in shape and some strength back thinking of challenging weight dips and ohp but not sure. Also looking into using an app to do my programming. If I’m not competing hard to justify paying coach with income loss. How long will this cycle go until I’m out of dhb then we are switching to tren amount tbd then depending on what I’ve decided to do when back in shape
 
Let’s go big fella! Coming back after a significant time off has been the most fun I’ve had in the gym in a long time. Enjoy the process.
I had more time off last year than this go round except for legs that’s the oknvest I’ve hones since being back. I’m still not fully into it but I don’t want to look bad during festival season I’m known as the shirtless guy now
 
I’m not sure how much is muscle endurance or just. Not as much energy after work but focusing lore on back thickness than width even though I feel o need more width. That will be second back day
