Ok back on 1g test 700 dhb 700 mast and will be isi g 6 ius of hgh 100 t4 40 teli and other various stuff thrown in.

Goals just get back in shape and some strength back thinking of challenging weight dips and ohp but not sure. Also looking into using an app to do my programming. If I’m not competing hard to justify paying coach with income loss. How long will this cycle go until I’m out of dhb then we are switching to tren amount tbd then depending on what I’ve decided to do when back in shape

I had more time off last year than this go round except for legs that’s the oknvest I’ve hones since being back. I’m still not fully into it but I don’t want to look bad during festival season I’m known as the shirtless guy now
 
I’m not sure how much is muscle endurance or just. Not as much energy after work but focusing lore on back thickness than width even though I feel o need more width. That will be second back day
 
The worst part of lower body injuries isn’t the injury itself self but when you come back and struggle with like 1/2 of the weight you were doing before. Just mentally feeling how hard some Light weight is when it wouldn’t even been something yoh did more than a few reps I’d warming up. At least it wi force me to probably take smaller jumps and work my way back properly

slow and steady is the move my friend. No comp in sight, no need to push too fast and be out again.

Also even at 20 pound jumps. It’s will be by end of March I’ll be back into 500’s on high bar so it won’t be long. My recovery today feels much better than last week and I added leg press with pause at bottom just to get my quad used to being in and exploding out of position.
 
so I think basically only lifting for line 4 months seriously last year really shows after This break I’m just. Oof weaker in everything. Just more opportunities to make gains again
 
Missed yesterday after working 12 hours on like 3 hours sleep now I. Trying to do legs 365 for sets of 5 might be too much for but I’ll try. This sucks. I’ll be honest I hate the way they do scheduling at work I’m probably putting notice in soon I’ll tell them I’ll stay till I have new Job or they get another guy trained first but I’m not goig to stay for the chaining. 12 hour shifts and when I get to second 1 weekend night off every 3 weeks u less I use time off
 
Hitting bench today usually would have went from 335 to 365 but we went with 355 today. Not in good mental space thinking is Leaving job. It’s not the work itself it’s the weekends and lack there of
 
Friday I did deadlifts 455 for sets of 5 pretty easily today was volume chest day. I can tell the 3 ius in the morning has me feeling abit kore lethargic at work. Speaking. Of I’m goig to try and give it a shot. I think the fact I can’t use time so I can do things when. They come up is more of the issue than working the days. That said I’m constant applying for better

I’ve been doing hip mobility before every leg day. It’s been crazy how much better training has been just by engaging and working on hips for 10-15 min before training.

I feel like I’ve been hard on my kidneys as of late and that maybe the issue that or it’s time for new bed
