helps you sleep but fucks up sleep quality.
I definitely don't have a problem falling asleep. I actually think I sleep harder faster. So 3 and a half hours. 4. I feel like I'm up and ready for the most part. So I'll lay and fall in and out sleep. typically eat breakfast between six and seven in about an hour and a half later after that I'm ready for a nap. But nope not going back to weed. Weed can slow the growth process and I definitely don't want that. A sacrifice I'm willing to make. Thanks for the encouragement/advice.
 
Also I assume you’ve increased doses. Which will affect sleep. If your estrogen is unbalanced, it will affect sleep. If your gut is not in check, it will affect sleep.

Even small differences in doses will fuck my sleep. 1gm of test. Awful sleep. 850 of test. Sleep like a baby.
You mean to tell me my gut issues might be what’s killing my sleep not the tren. Btw with the antihistamine protocol I find the insomnia not as bad as the past.

This aactualky liens ups with how my last wire tren runs were I’d sleep three hours wake up eat do my shot all that jazz then about an hour before time for gym I’d knock right out for what felt like the deepest sleep a person ciuld get. Wake up about 40 minutes later with caffeine pouring through my veins and off to gym it was

I also feel like I did this before I got a cpap. So sleep apnea may also be causing you problems. Which has its own host of nasties that can come along with it. Kidney stress being one that often gets over looked.
 
10 4.... Just took a cat nap I can no longer sleep but I do feel rested let's see how the nap sensations come I guess. Definitely not complaining of lack of sleep or exhaustion . Just questioning the naps. Shower time and I guess second breakfast since I drink that shake at 5am...... Day 21 y'all... thank for giving me something to ponder on. My ex did say the bigger I get the louder I snore....🤣

You said you use a breathing apparatus. Do these natural compounds like resveratrol and curcumin help allivate?........ Reading more just now I'm seeing resveratrol can mess with the thyroid function and increase size.... I got to stop reading and start eating for a second shit

No. not at our size. You need the positive airway pressure to offset the weight and size of the neck. Especially if you’re trying to add size… it’s cpap or bust. Those mouth pieces are only going to help if it’s anatomical in nature, but for bodybuilders it’s our size that’s the problem.

Ok thank you. Me and my ex are still in contact she no longer uses her CPAP machine anymore because after further testing they re-diagnosed her and said she doesn't have sleep apnea issues would it be all right for me to use her machine.... Or try for my own from my doctor.

as far as a I know you should be good to go. You will have to figure out your settings etc depending on the machine, but I would get the changeable parts replaced. Mask, hose filter etc.

10-4 she did say something about the machine being programmed to her breathing standards and stuff so I'll still talk to my doctor about it I guess and see what's up... She definitely has a newer model as she got it within this past year

Then it should have an auto feature. That’s what mine has.

My ex almost bought me a cpap and it would have been something I had to get if we were to move in together.

Well Auto features or not it seems like she's acting funny about it so I'll just get with my doctor and stuff and have her take care of it the insurance will pay for mine I will definitely make that a priority for the week and get an appointment in as soon as I can as a matter of fact once I get to the house I'm going to hop online and go schedule one
 
So I usually eat small meals for a pre-workout because big meals made me feel sluggish in the gym. Well guess what ?I'm feeling that way now and I'm hungry while I'm working out. So I take it my body is used to that and I'm going to eat a standard size meal now as I pre-workout. Then go hit them legs baby! See how I feel..
