Day 23 arms

Two warm ups cable curls

Cable curl X4
Alternating dumbbell curl X4
Machine preacher curl X3
Single arm concentration curls dumbbells x 3
Standing easy curl bar X3

Two warm up rope pull Downs
Rope pull Downs X4
super set skull crushers to close grip bench X3
Machine dips X4
Cable kick back X3 each
Behind the head rope extension X3

So yes both the pictures are the same but like I said I suck with lighting so I enhance the contrast on the second picture to try and show the emphasis of the tricep. I start to lose patience running back and forth trying to get the perfect picture. Trying to move this way or that way to get perfect lighting in 10 seconds is a pain..

Been working out the last 5 days straight. Contemplating some rest tomorrow and to catch up on some meal prepping. Just woke from an hour and a half nap.... Going to eat some and go back sleep .... End of day 23....

Supreme all day poppy! I'm a little picky on what I like to splurge on so it's that and pancakes that I can think of right now.
Hahaha I hear ya. Im nondenominational when it comes to food. There’s a reason I am a diabetic. 🤪
 
It will be leg day today when I get off work..... I'm not even a month in... Contemplating on keeping it heavy or lightning the load and just going for reps today. Need to remind myself I'm in a competition and to push myself harder as needed... But also safeguard myself from injuries and not push too too hard. I'll go by feeling and see how I feel on that leg press . And go from there

I know your Doug. Bro split so only one day a week but I like to have heavy day and then light day for my lifts each week less volume on each day so it’s easier to recover and I’m hitting both ways of stimulus
