Tirzepatide .5/This week. (Diet suppression has been intense at higher doses 1-2mg, so decreasing dosage to increase protein intake).
(Reta on standby).

*I will be monitoring my blood myself, frequently, and absolutely be closely monitoring how my body is reacting and behaving to testosterone dosages/supplements/diet as well as my weight/training/cardio regiment. Any decision to adjust/modify any aspect of my current protocol will be mine alone.

afternoon during my Pelotonride is still flowing as I continue
to burn fat and build muscle, increase strength, motivation
and overall sense of well being.

ride keeping tension between 64 and 80, only sitting to rest
a moment and take a sip of water. Main event followed by

Not needling you but just trying to pick your brain…. You’re on some pretty (ultra) low carbs throughout the week. I get the fat loss stage… are you going to walk those back up as you progress?

Apologies if you explained it already.
 
Monday Log

Transformation continues in full force. Another incredible day with nothing but positive outcomes.
I’m waking up feeling refreshed and feeling born again. I was having some interrupted sleep (the
3:00 am deal.) intermittently, however, I decreased my weekly Saturday Tirzepatide dose to .5mcg
and these past two nights I slept through to the morning. Food noise remains supressed. This may
be the sweet spot for me with this glp-1.

As for strength, I am growing stronger every day. I will likely grow out of the equipment I
have. A seated lat row machine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow and I was considering other
additions, but I may stop there and join a gym. Gtfo of the house and close this chapter of My
Life as a Hermit.


Lastly, most importantly, I feel absolutely invigorated. I like to face forward and not look back,
but the truth is I haven’t felt so good in a long time. Committing myself to this transformation
log has been a boon! I am absolutely enjoying the entire process/the structure.

*Another day productive day building an optimal lifestyle. Woke early, refreshed and excited to get started. I'd been reading about some of our friends doing fasted cardio recently and I was reminded that this was something I'd done years ago and had great success with. The squirt of endorphins I'd receive from morning fasted cardio had me soaring through the day with tremendous vigor. So, this morning I did my cardio first thing. Needless to say, I was flying high, high, high all day.

Peloton Bike: 20 Minute. High intensity - high tension 64-80.


*I like to do these rides standing, leaning forward into the
handle bar gives me a stair climbing effect where I feel it
hitting the calves and then shifting my ass back closer to
the seat where it hits the quads hard. I sit, dropping
the tension down to 50-52 for a brief rest and a sip.

which I had not done in I can’t remember how long. Knees
felt good and the squats felt good on the whole. I’m likely
going to join a gym as we approach spring so I can get a
more comprehensive leg workout.
