My log and weigh in (day one)

Last week I weighed in at 180lb and that’s pretty impressive for me especially at the doses I was running.

Not really the best log here but it was a half ass attempt lol I will make more of an effort next time. Just an update my cycle will be ending this week, last injection Friday then I will do my first actual PCT as @Optumpharma suggested.

So one thing I regret not doing was my blood work before and during cycle. I ordered a blood test from a non sponsored site mid cycle but by the time I would have gotten my results my cycle was over so I did see any point. So I leard a lot. I had some minor gyno issues and I used nolvadex and aromasin as you guys suggested on here and my symptoms subsided. I suspect a little progesterone issue as well but I think all in all it has been manageable.

This cycle was a good experience, way better then my first cycle of everything not to do. So I want to tell you guys thanks for your knowledge and sharing your experiences and walking me through this and our grade a sponsors providing quality products and services and our mods and reps keeping shit real around here. 💯

I mean it’s baby weight but it’s progress. Next cycle I’m going to hit it a little harder.

I love this saying brother im going to have to use it in the future.

Im glad to hear that your cycle went well and was a good learning experience. Just keep hitting the weights and you should be good to go. Im glad that you shared your experience.
 
I’m really starting to feel now but I was running a mild cycle last time but now I’m incorporating ment and some pwo. I have the strength I’m just real careful not to injure myself. I have bad joints and tendon issues, last thing I need to do is rip or tear something you know what I’m saying, that would be fucked.
 
Yeah I don’t go too heavy anymore, the injury isn’t worth it to me. I used to be all about improving my 1 rep max but the injuries were too much. I pretty much stay in that 8-12 rep range now just to be safe, but focus on keeping the intensity up
