this weeks training block is just an increase in the percentages … I am not looking at a deload for at least two to three weeks based on how well the weights are moving this week.
my weight is up consistently to 197 over the last week … I don’t look like I am carrying any water weight in fact the veins are starting to pop on my quads and the vascularity of my arms is getting pretty crazy … I may adjust the carbs down again because I am just fascinated with my quads and seeing how far I can take it without losing strength.
