When I can finally do a real squat again I will try that. I’m working on getting my hip fixed so I can try to make a comeback to competition lifting… maybe do something cool in Masters and still give all the young pups a run for their money in open!

DB shoulder press 4x12 hit 40s today after not really pushing on these … I m really careful with my shoulders as they are prone to slipping out of joint

Side plank 3x30 seconds meh… these aren’t so bad anymore

weighed in at 198.6 and pinned test and eq last night… I had a really bad anxiety attack yesterday and i m pretty sure it is the eq so I am going to pin every 3rd day to see if I can keep things more stable while my body adjusts

i ll start posting what I m actually eating next week if anyone is interested
 
I think that’s a good idea pinning the EQ e3d or even EOD, should help with the anxiety. Do you have anxiety attacks when off EQ also?
 
VA had me on a ton of benzos for years, I finally got off of them, I was really hesitant to start EQ up knowing it causes anxiety, but luckily in haven’t had any issues, knock on wood, I think I’m coming up on 16 weeks now on my EQ run.
 
I never take what they prescribe … lol. i have a few anti anxiety meds but to be honest I cant find them… I had to ride it out yesterday … i think if you were going to have them you’d have had an issue by now. I just assumed my body is adjusting to the influx and will steady out as I get into the cycle …

Squat 3x4x82.5%, 1x1x87.5% hit 240 for a single… it wasn’t pretty but i m getting back to where I need to be … after all this is only the 4th week in this block I m pretty pleased with it.
DB split squat 4x12 --did bulgarians again as the splits squats make my feet hurt pretty bad… went up to 100 lbs this week … it hurt
RDL 4x8 I realized that I was doing sets of 10 … sigh
Cable or band pull through 2x20
Wheel rollout 2x12 didn’t even try standing today … legs feel a bit like mush

pbnj sandwich … I weigh and measure everything so 2tbs of pb 2 slices of bread at 40g each and 1 tbs of jelly

30gram of whey protien islolate

3 large eggs and 1 tsp of coconut oil

40gram of spring mix 40grams grape tomatoes 3 xl large hardboiled eggs 1 tbs of balsamic salad dressing

125 grams of chicken breast cooked in crock pot with chicken bone broth …
156 grams of jasmine rice 1 tsp of coconut oil
and salt … lots of salt

1 strawberry pop tart
60 grams whey protien isolate

it was kind of weird day for me food wise and work wise… I didn’t check the macros I m pretty sure I am short on everything
