Well I lost weight to, but now it just sounds stupid and redundant, but yes it’s been hot as hell, and no ac like berserker, and I’m not sure about you two (@Ironside n @KodiakGrrl) but my appetite usually takes a hit when I’m working outside all day in the heat but it hasn’t yet, and for that I’m thankful.

Squat 4x5x80% I am struggling with switching back over to low bar after 6 months of high bar squatting. It is very frustrating not being able to move the weight as quickly as I would like

I ll be running anywhere from 375 to 400 depending on how accurate I am on the tick marks I typically run around 500 to 750 but since its been so long I ll sit here for a bit and adjust as I need to. I ll do the same with the test

welp apparently my head is still up my ass from yesterday… grip width on bench was off so it was off… still made it through but didn’t think to check elbow wrist alignment until the last set. … I’ve been steadily working on widening my grip however apparently today that thought wasn’t on the agenda and i had my grip narrow even for me. not close enough for a close grip but in enough to throw off bar path and all the rest. it was a gritty day glad this one is over.

Front squat 2x4x62.5% well I could tell when I started out with these that I was going to have one of ‘those’ days. even getting up under the bar was challenging
Deadlift - 6x4x75% I was looking forward to these… last week I went too heavy so I figured these would be … easier… lol… I wanted to write cake but it’s deadlifting. they were not. they moved slow and my knee decided that it was going to do it’s thing and cave. I dropped 10lbs midway through when I saw it on the video and ended up slowing them down even more so I could focus on pushing the weight to the outside of my foot … (that usually keeps my knee where it needs to)
Snatch grip deadlift 2x6x60% wasn’t even sure I could lift this but I did and it felt pretty damn good … no knee cave here until the end of the last set
T-bar rows 4x12 nothing special
DB pull over 3x15 these are great it you do them right
I need to get on to keeping my macros again … I m not eating enough and it’s showing during training.
weighed in at 188.6 so weight is holding steady but energy levels are pretty sucky
I hate “those days” but like you said that really goes hand in hand with your macro intake. I know I need to up my cals and perhaps carbs when I start dragging ass.
