A day in the life of a Grrl

That’s where my trouble comes in honestly. I’m so freakin “by the book” when it comes to my nutrition. What’s on the paper is what I eat and when I eat it and that’s it. I could probably gain weight a bit faster if I actually indulged more often in things. On a bulk I’m a little more lenient but it’s usually planned. Like I might say ok Thursday morning I’m going to get a Snickers bar. But that’s about as far as it goes lol

(Comp pause) -oops I just realized I did too much weight here at 175 … oh well …

Close grip Spoto press 3x6x65%

Dips 3x10 (so boring)
Pull ups 4x6 unassisted … when I reach 20 in a row I ll add weight
Rolling tricep extension 3x15 hate these sucker

Wheel rollouts 3x10 — and more falling …​

I haven’t actually measured my macros … today or yesterday but I am close I weighed in at 190 this morning which is where I have stabilized at the last several weeks
 
LOL yes they are… I can’t seem to get away from them. they are there in some form or fashion every single cycle… man I haven’t seen a bicep curl in about six months. … my forearms are bigger than my biceps right now 🙃
 
here was today’s torture… it is a short list by design which usually means it IS going to hurt

deadlift
Warm up-

Bird dog with side reach out 3x20
Side plank clamshell raise up 3x10​

Front squat 2x4x60%
Deadlift - 5x5x70% i actually went over my intended target bc the 50lb plates were on the bar and I was too lazy to remove them …
Snatch grip deadlift 3x7x57.5% these are great I get to use bitch mittens with them. (straps)
T-bar rows 4x12 these are always fun… not
DB pull over 3x15

Today was actually kinda rough my bestie is in the hospital and well we know that hospitals kill people … I am waiting to hear from a family member how bad it is but I m thinking it is really bad bc I haven’t heard anything since yesterday … they were waiting for an MRI to rule out a stroke

I weighed in at 190 this morning and I ll probably start my cycle this weekend … I haven’t decided the test e dosage i keep thinking I should lower it because … well it is test e and test e makes the guys at walmart look good and I m not sure I can deal with that at the moment. Lol … so its test e at some undetermined dosage and eq and 500 mg per week

Meadows 6 way shoulders 3x10 these just suck … no way around it … suck.
Seal rows 4x12
Bench dips 4x20 oh my gosh… more dips …
Wheel rollout 3x10 no way I wasn’t falling today after the 6 way shoulders …

weighed in at 190 again and I start pinning Monday. Monday seems like a good day to start
macros will stay the same for at least another week
