You should brown them in a pan and then braise them for like 8hrs in the pasta sauce and you will have some amazing meatballs lol sorry just my Italian coming out lol

Meatballs are great with ground beef you can up or lower your fat intake you can even substitute Turkey I like the ground white meat but I didn’t notice that much of a difference in the taste.

That’s not a bad idea. I usually just toss them in the oven and roll with it lol. All of my meals besides dinner are usually eaten cold so if I can make stuff taste better I’m in lol.
 
2oz meatballs pre cooked
400° for 30min
Check for temperature at around the 20min mark. I like to take them to a medium cook.
 
I don’t do cardio that’s the problem lol, but past couple days just been on the stairmaster. I think I might give the elliptical a go tommorow. Few years ago in my prime that’s all I would do is elliptical.
 
I only use the elliptical because I have a very old knee injury but I can’t run on s treadmill and the rest even the climber masses me up but that elliptical just keeps spinning and I don’t have any problems. I usually run 4 miles a day and call it quits
 
Back and Bis today. Felt pretty good overall. I have been pretty tired and lethargic lately but I’m still getting it in.

Felt fucking amazing today! Got home and smashed through a chest and tri day then had 10oz chicken, 1.5c rice, 1c chopped tomatoes and a little bit of shredded cheese on top with some lettuce.

Damnit I’ve got this knot right in the middle of my left rhomboid and it’s really making it difficult to train right now. Everytime I arch my middle back, pull my shoulders back or a similar movement I just get this crazy cramp. I tried to work out yesterday and the cramping and pain caused by it just made everything uncomfortable. Same thing today. I’m debating on going to get a massage but is there anything I can try to do at home? I can’t even reach the middle of my back so doing it myself is out of the question lol
