Alright Monday is in the books. All 6 meals down the hatch and on time. Ran out of Tren Hex last week and started my Tren Ace and Mast E today per the plan by @PHD. Time to shred in.

Today’s workout was Legs… again.

Seated Leg Curls
Lying Leg Curls with Isoholds ever rep
Squats and more squats
Hack Squats drop set of death (FML)
Decline Leg Raises for Abs

Skipped Calves because they are still sore AF and started cramping during the first few reps.

Tomorrow is Chest and I’ll likely be going for bloods tomorrow as well.
 
Still kickin ass today. 5 meals down, 1 left to go. Feeling pretty good today except I hate to pin delts and the GC Mast E is like syrup to my delts lol.

Chest and Tris
Db Hex Press til I die
Incline Press til I die
Dips, chest focus
Ss Pushups
Tricep Pulldowns til I die
Ab rope Pulldowns

Still my calves were cramping up today. I know I’m drinking over a gallon of water a day and adding some pedialyte periodically but they are still cramping during calf raises.
 
Yeah right now I’m rotating between chest and delts in the PM with my Mast and Tren. Then rotating VG, Dorsogluteal and Thighs in the AM with my Test and Primo.
 
2 x week sounds fabulous! Running these short esters during my cut is ass. Between GH, slin, and aas I’m jabbing my self 5 different pins a day. Come this fall I’m switching over to all long esters , can’t wait!
 
Lol besides the Tren Ace I’m on all long esters. I just prefer to spread out everything evenly to every day. I have had literally 0 sides from anything I’ve been running.
 
Yes it is, up until semi recent shorts were mostly what I used, I’m done, plus I used shorts cause I wanted more of instant gratification type shit, slow and steady wins the race, or some fucking shit.
 
4 meals down and about to get my post workout meal in.

Ss Overhead Rope Pulls (basically a face pull but in the “put your hands up” position.

Side Lateral Raises
Front Lateral Raises
Decline Leg Lifts
Standing Calf Raises
 
Alright so a small fail today. Got off work a little late and had to come home to do some house shit because I have a bunch of family coming in this weekend. Help the wife clean the dogs, the furniture and the house. Then mow the front and back of my 3+ acres, take a shower then pin. Somewhere in the mix of all of that I missed 2 meals and didn’t get my workout in. It was a light day with only 2100 calories scheduled but still a fail in my book.
