Standing calf raises and I blended them with some shrugs
 
Good stuff dude, people scream these high does but I am making more gains on 25mg tren A ed and test cyp 250 a week then when I blasted 700. There was a study released on a bovine that was implanted with 200mg of tren a that released over 20 days. The results were remarkable. Sorry if I went off topic. Lol.
 
Totally right, the lower the dose the more weight and muscle you will pack on. At higher doses your body is basically torching all your macros. Over the winter I tried out a bulk with Tren in the mix. At 325mg I was constantly putting on size and weight, but when I upped it to 500+ I just couldn’t eat enough to gain size and weight.
 
Well I hit some scar tissue in the left VG tonight and the 28g 3/4" didn’t hold up too well to it. I bent the pin to about a 30° angle just by pushing it in. I said fuck it and just went with it but that was uncomfortable to say the least.
 
That sucks brotha, I hit scar tissue in my delts on multiple occasions, it’s crazy cause when I do finally get the pin in my muscle automatically starts to push it out
 
Woke up this morning and ate 1st and 2nd breakfast. Sleep was just ok last night and my lower back is hurting. Probably from having to drive so much this weekend then sitting for hours being lazy. Time for a massage after work and my workout tonight.
