A day in the life of me

It was crazy lol. Almost always 500g of carbs with no Mass Gainer shake. It was all food. Plus at that time I think I was eating upward of like 4800 calories. I felt like I was eating all day long. I got to a point where i would just pour stuff in a bowl with water and let it get soggy so I didn’t have to chew much lol
 
Yes way more then me…shit I’ve talked to you more in the past two days then I did my woman.
 
Hahaha. I don’t know man if you’re like me, maybe that’s not such a bad thing. Wait, come to think of it… i can’t remember how many times I even talked to my wife yesterday either.

Just smashed through this first workout. Same as a few weeks ago but I’m in like Flynn now.

Pinned everything in the right VG and so far no PIP. I rarely get much PIP from pinning anymore unless the brew sucks so I didn’t really expect any. I’ll get bloods in 4 weeks for @King-of-lions and post up. I’ll also have a solid idea and input on the aromatisation of the Trest considering I’m basically at 0 estradiol right now.
 
Is that good to be at 0 estradiol? I always thought you need it to grow. Good example is the old-school finna pellets. In a clip they would include a sleeve of estradiol for growth promotion.
 
Hell no it’s not good. But it being my first time running Trest and knowing how quickly it aromatises, I wanted a baseline as low as possible to gauge how many points my estrogen will rise on this current dosage of Trest. That will give me a better idea of my AI dosage necessary to keep my estrogen in the 30s where I feel most comfortable. It also may be able to give guys a better idea of aromatisation patterns and what they can do to better prepare to run it. It’s purely expiramental at this point but I know that with 25mg Aromasin and 2mg Arimadex I can drop my estradiol from 34 to almost 0 which gives me a pretty good idea of how to control it. Now we wait to see how much it aromatises and figure out the actual numbers to dial it in. Everyone aromatises at different rates but this could at least start to provide a baseline.
 
Try white meat ground Turkey works great as a supplement to ground beef and you could do little meatballs just add the egg white and some breadcrumbs.
 
Not a bad idea at all with the meatballs but I do want to keep some red meat as my iron was a little lower on this last bloodtest. I’m doing the meatballs though!
 
Yeah I could see the confusion. I just didn’t want to start in the 30s and have my estrogen spike to like 70 then have to fight to get it back down. If it’s near 0 and spikes to 30 something in x amount of time I’m still in the safe zone and I’ll know what to dose my AI to keep it there
