Decided to take a rest day yesterday as well. This week I did Legs, Push, Pull, Rest, Legs, Push, Rest. My back and biceps are great responders so I don’t have a necessity to do 2 Pull days a week but I will be working towards that over the next few weeks just to get keep good symmetry. I worked Calves and Abs a few different times this week and I may have forgotten to add it to the log but I did get some cardio in this week via jumping rope.

Oh and breakfast was awesome this morning. Protein shake with egg whites, everything bagel with 3 eggs and 3 slices of bacon, large apple with 2.5tbsp PB, 1 cup of oats n berries and my Bang energy drink.

How you like them “Bang” drinks? I see em all over the place but have yet to try one. Is it basically a creatine drink?
 
Energy drinks were a huge problem for me in the past. Monsters, Ripits, Full Throttle, Rock Stars, NOS. I didn’t discriminate and I would drink 3 or 4 a day. Not only is that roughly 150 to 200g of simple carbs and sugars every day but it was also eating holes in my stomach lining and causing me ulcers. I got myself down to one a day eventually. Then cast forward and I found Bang energy drinks. I fuckin love these things man. I still only drink 1 a day but there is almost nothing in them. Even the creatine and CoQ10 are at really low levels. There’s just enough in there to be able to put it on the label lol. But it has 300mg of caffeine which is what I’m after.

Nice man, im gonna have to pick me up a few of these. With my hectic lifestyle I’m in the range of 2-4 energy drinks a day, which I know isn’t good for me. And with there being 300mg caffeine in a Bang like you said, that’s equal to 2 monsters, red bulls, or whatever it maybe.
 
They have awesome flavors bro. There are 3 that I don’t like. Pina Colada, Peach Mango and Cotton Candy. My favorite ones are probably Cherry Blade Lemonade, Star Blast and Sour Heads. There are probably 5 or 6 more flavors that are all good but those are the ones that made my list of best and worst. For whatever that’s worth. I wouldn’t want you to try one you didn’t like then say fuck it I’m going back to Monsters lol. None of it is good for you but these are better for you? Lol.
 
It’s funny you mention all the flavors, at my gym they have whole cooler dedicated to just Bang and I was thinking to myself holy shit that’s alot of flavors. Ill definitely be picking one up tomorrow. I never really took the time to see exactly what they were. Thanks bro

I just mentioned this to PHD but something I said I would do was a mental dump on Tren. I have run Tren quite a few times now and I always had side effects like anxiety, insomnia, night sweats, profuse sweating during the day and heightened aggression over dumb shit. All of which I have always read and heard about other people experiencing. When I first saw @PHD post about never having sides or even knowing people with sides, I thought he was full of shit. But the more he said it, the more I started to think he might be onto something with placebo side effects.
So I started this run with Tren with a different mind set. I just decided I wasn’t going to pay much attention to it and I wasn’t going to hold any thoughts about it. I was just going to go about my day to day and let it run it’s own course. Well so far I have had zero side effects. It’s early in the run and I’m running low dose but I’ve had nothing but good from it so far.
