Decided to take a rest day yesterday as well. This week I did Legs, Push, Pull, Rest, Legs, Push, Rest. My back and biceps are great responders so I don’t have a necessity to do 2 Pull days a week but I will be working towards that over the next few weeks just to get keep good symmetry. I worked Calves and Abs a few different times this week and I may have forgotten to add it to the log but I did get some cardio in this week via jumping rope.
Oh and breakfast was awesome this morning. Protein shake with egg whites, everything bagel with 3 eggs and 3 slices of bacon, large apple with 2.5tbsp PB, 1 cup of oats n berries and my Bang energy drink.
