Yeah they got some odd names but those 3 are soe of the best we’ve used. They aren’t crazy expensive either. We also bought a Renpho Deep Tissue Massager. That one is a cordless rechargeable massager and has all kinds of attachments.
 
Well that was ridiculous lol. My thighs had a small hint of blue from all the blood filling my thighs. Shit that was crazy.

So far so good this week. I haven’t missed a meal since the start of this week and I have been making it through the entire workout pushing myself further and further. I’ve been getting comments from my wife and some buddies about how ripped I’m looking and I have a spider web of veins across my shoulders, down my arms, down my thighs and calves as well as my chest and stomach. This Titan nutrition plan combined with the Meadows Program is nothing short of spectacular. Combine that with some Gear Church products and I’m finally shaping up for summer

Forgot to post my shoulder workout from yesterday. My legs are still sore AF and I have another leg day today lol. I’ll see how that goes. I may need to get a hoist to lift me out of the basement lmao.

Shoulders/Abs … skipped calves

(I did this the way Meadows wanted in the program but I did the exercise the way Seth Feroce does his and decided to go all out)

Now it’s only 3 exercises but the volume is what will do you in during a Meadows program. All combined I ended up doing 4 warm up sets of 10 working up in weight followed by 4 working sets of 10 to 12 for each exercise plus random iso holds

Finally I did an Ab circuit of seated Romanian twists, standing Romanian twists, hanging leg Raises and weighted crunches. 4x20 on each exercise. A little more than Meadows asked for 😉
 
Forgot to post my workouts but I’ll be doing another workout today so I’ll post that. In the mean time, I was unsure I wanted to post these updates but I’ll share one because I’ve been working hard and making what I feel like is awesome progress with @PHD and my body is night and day what it was when we started just 12 days ago.

This is the best combination I’ve ever used for leaning out and still continuing to build lean muscle on top bro. GRANTED the process isn’t easy and it isn’t cheap but I can’t put a price on progress at this point
 
I will break it down for ya,
  1. I don’t see any ice cream sandwiches as a side.
    2)fuck green beans
    3)No salad w/Avacado
    4)not enough rice
  2. no hydration
    As you can see this is detailed, as I have put a lot of thought into it, thank you for your time.
 
Hahaha you crack me up bro. Avocado would be my entire daily fat intake in one sitting. I’m not a fan of green beans myself but I’m a necessity eater so theres that too.
