I ended up with a 2nd cheat meal this weekend. Definitely not planned but when you have a specially made stack of pancakes with milk chocolate morsels in front of you made by the wife on Father’s Day, you just can’t say no! Damn they were delicious. I went easy on the butter and syrup but I’m going to have to fit in some cardio today at some point now lol.
Bud I know what you mean! I had a father’s Day treat myself! Which definitely made my whole day a cheat day. Two and a half inch thick bone in ribeye (almost 2lbs) butter poached potatoes with garlic cloves, rosemary and thyme in the butter, sautéed broccoli with garlic, parmesan and lemon. Then a big slice of key lime pie! Damn I can still taste it.! My father and I shared the ribeye and our ladies shared a strip
Got my new nutrition update earlier today and started implementing it as soon as I got home. Nothing too crazy but definitely the highest carb and protein intake I’ve ever utilized lol.

I’ve been around what I would call moderately high protein and high carbs but we just upped the game in protein so I’m pretty excited to see what happens and see how my body reacts. I’ve already made some nice gains so far so the sky is the limit bro.
So far bro. I know I’m about tired of pinning though. I just started pinning lats again after like a month long break on them just to give other sites a break.
I dont pack it lol. My awesome wife gets up before me and packs my meals for the day.
It’s 8oz of sweet potato and 6oz of chicken. Then I have a small 2/3c of green beans or a cup of broccoli on the side for this meal. I can’t mix the greens in though. Not sure why but I just can’t eat it that way.
