A day in the life of me

My man! Enjoy the meal brother it’s well deserved! Habanero ranch wings sound amazing right about now😋 My cheat for the week was a little something I came up with at work. BBQ pulled pork and ranch pizza.
 
Ill tell you what man, I always struggled with cheat meals as well brotha, but once I realized that a cheat meal is actually good for shocking your metabolism I Incorporated it into my weekly meal plans

Lol here I am getting my first meal carbs taken away and carb cycling and I can’t get @Ironside to eat a cheat meal lol. It was more for me to enjoy seeing food and you took that from me 😂😂😂😂 I’m feeling like John wick saying that lol
 
One high day then next 3 days remove carbs from a meal.

Example Monday normal
Tuesday remove carbs meal 5
Wednesday remove carbs meal 4,5
Thursday remove carbs meal 3,4,5
Friday normal
Saturday remove carbs meal 4,5
Sunday no carbs
And starting tomorrow no carbs meal 1 time to get nasty
 
Intense man, I like it, adding no carbs on meal 1 should really help in bringing your lines out. When I cycle I’ll do 2 low 1 high 3 low 1 high then repeat. On lower days I’ll try to up my fluid intake.
