Hallelujah everyone, I didn’t lose my whole Saturday to working. Coworker decided he wanted to help split the shift so I got out at noon and headed straight for the gym. Perfect chest day that just felt so smooth. The cycle is beginning to bring strength back and numbers are going up again.
