The funny thing is I thought I looked so great then. Not long afterwards everything went to shit! The funny thing is since stopping going to the gym, and only working out in my bedroom with bands and one adjustable dumbbell with a barbell attachment I’ve made the best progress of my life. The 2 biggest factors are flawless diet and adding HGH at a high dose. Friends have always told me you can’t take much HGH without using insulin blah blah blah. We are all different. For some reason the more HGH I take the faster I grow and the quicker I reduce body fat. Fat loss was faster at first with the HGH but now I’m really growing, I did raise my shakes/meals to 7 though. I started with only 5 shakes/meals per day.
Lately, I’ve been doing 7-9ius HGH daily.
My AAS dose is the same as always pretty much. I load up a 1cc insulin pin daily for AAS. Weekly total is 770mg. I take tbol and anavar some days preworkout which is amazing! I’m new to using anavar. I use to always cramp from it but I figured out how to fix that by taking 500mg magnesium 2-3 times a day, and around 5-6 grams of taurine.
