So I can’t really find the answer I’m looking for online. I’m wondering if I’m actually burning fat when I run my 4 miles after work. Also it says I burn 600 calorie or more on my running app. Do I add that to my calories and eat more?

A singular exercise won’t burn fat. Your body “burns fat” when in a caloric deficit. Cardio is used to extend the deficit range and your body uses stored fat for energy.

If you’re trying to lose body fat then only add cals to keep deficit where desired. If you’re trying to add muscle the you need to add food to exceed cals used.

Thank you! Hahah cause I’ve been adding the calories I’ve burned running and eating an extra 500. So I take it don’t eat the extra 500

I mean the cardio is good for yiur heat but you’re ruining the losing fat part of doing cardio by adding the food back in. Now for a bulk I heard an interesting concept from Chad Nichols today. He has his guys do cardio in bulk so they can eat more to generate growth factors being produced by food intake but the cardio off sets the extra food to not add fat

The only way to lose weight is a caloric deficit. It doesn’t matter if you’re Keto, intermittent fasting, carnivore, or whatever. It all comes down to if you’re losing weight- you are in a caloric deficit.

I’ll be hitting a deficit in about 8 weeks I think just slight one maybe try and lose one pound a week for the summer if I don’t sweat enough on tren it will be time to break out the clen and see what’s What haha

I won’t be mixing the two. I don’t want that much sweat but coming off cycle run the clen to
Try and get that leaner look and take advantage of its anti catabolism effects also with not being as aggressive in weight loss I think running 80 should be fine for two weeks. No need to go above.
