You know what ..I've tried those a couple times and made tremendous progress.within a week and just stoppped. Idk why.. was cool seeing the rip cage like that... And nasty.. I practiced posing yesterday on my rest day I think I'll add vacuum in on my rest day too I'm glad you said something..

226 this morning. Leg and arm day today. I expect food to be raised today again ugh.
Can’t wait for gear to come in and get freaking peeled. This part sucks.
