Cycle preparation (lowering cholesterol)

That Eq will make you want to stay in the gym and train longer too. I kept adding exercises to my program this whole cycle.

It’s weird I feel about 1 hour after gym like I could back right. Now I’m sure if I tried again it would shitty but I feel I can do it.

I just started adding exercises and kept going. I’ve been on a program with a couple of my guys but I keep adding exercises. I know it’s the Eq increasing my endurance because I do zero cardio.

My days consist of mostly driving. I get out and walk around my crews work areas and shit but I’m not nearly as active as I was when I was running a bucket truck.

there is more to eq than the size, the appetite, and vascular gains being the main thing going for here with the 8 weeks, but also the added endurance it has, so it will help wanting to eat even though some times we don’t want to, and but with his goals i was liking adding it in for the endurance part to allow him to train at a faster pace with less rest between sets, and i know we dont all love veins but… I Do lol. In a perfect world i would have had him on a no base eq but am currently out and my supplier(s) are as well and most cases eq i recommend a 16 week run at a min, but this is an add in compound and not the go getter compound here. I really do enjoy a 20 week run on test/eq/provi and last 8 weeks mast. I have done an 8 week cycle of eq with a front load (most front loads of long compounds are double dose and double shots for 2 weeks but could easily be something different) but i was not a big fan of it as my main compound on an 8 week run even with a frontload.

Yes veins are great, but for someone like rusty, with his body, and the need for a disciplined diet, I can’t justify tellin him to run something that’s gonna make him hungrier, you cut down with diet and compounds lose fat, build muscle, as long as diets in check…

As I said to @Rusty you cycle and your plan and I could be missing something. Makes a lot of sense to me and I appreciate the time taken to write that up!

I understand what you’re saying @John definitely need to keep my diet in check as far as the fat loss and muscle growth. I have lost more body fat faster by building my muscles and focusing on growing my muscles lean mass than any other plan I have tried in the past in March my body fat was 30% in June my body if I was 23% at the end of August my body fat was 17% I’m guessing it’s about 16% now I haven’t had a checked yet I think the continuation of keeping track of my macros and continuing on building lean body mass Will help the fat to just melt away. Your thoughts also @NeuroRN @LaserPharm

@Rusty I hope you didn’t take it personal about the diet comment, I’m just tryin to see the other side of things

It will. I’m also afraid you are forgetting about such things as a plateau. When you first start everyone experiences massive changes quickly… those don’t continue at the same rate over time. Eventually you will reach a point where losing the weight is much harder. And adding the muscles is more difficult. That’s when the real gut check comes in.

What do you think I am some pussy baby boy hahahahaha. I usually don’t take things personal. I take things as constructive criticism. It was that kind of love that got me in motion in the first place back in May from you and @Bigmurph and @Sig516 and @McSwickles. Do you remember those conversations. I was resisting and y’all started coming down on me. That shit motivates me bro!!! Always say it like it is. !!

Look forward to it I say. I’m enjoying grinding out the five pound gain on lifts more than the 20 pounds. It’s when the real work is going to be done. This isn’t just a year I’m getting into shape for the beach shit this is a lifestyle

@Dirtnasty is spot on. That plateau means your no longer a “new guy” it means you’re here to stay. It means it’s time to grind. The payoff is so much sweeter when you know you busted ass for it and it took time.

It’s not as immediately fun, but damnit man it’s what keeps me coming back everyday.
