Cycle preparation (lowering cholesterol)

Went to the gym today did my cardio and weights. This one guy was there who has been going there for at least two years. He throws around as much weight as he can possibly handle has shitty form and made no gains in the last two years but he is there all the time.

Today he had his wife there and was showing her how to do stuff. He put a resistance band around her knees twice and told her to walk across the gym floor and back. It was so tight her knees were locked together and she was literally walking from her ankles. I wanted to take the band wrap it around him and push him down the stairs. Fucking idiot. And I’m not even on Tren anymore.

It’s one thing if you want to look like and idiot and fuck up yourself but when you start training others you’d better know what the fuck your doing. Son of a Bitch!!!
 
See it all the time boss one guy here comes in and honestly he is pretty strong but he grabs the heaviest weight and moves it like 2 inches he could
Lighten the weight do more form and prob be beast
 
Ya that’s just annoying. But teaching anyone your wife non the less!! Teaching bad ways that are gonna hurt them. That is my biggest pet peeve in the gym. It’s blind leading blind.
 
Avacado a day is great for cholesterol.

Today I did 4 sets of 20 of the following

Pec flys 90
Reverse fly rear delta 90
Preacher curls machine 70
Tricep press 115
Chest press. 130 and 150 alternating sets
Lateral Raises 70
Rows 110
Tricep revers curls 80
Lat pull-ups with rope 80

All slow controlled movements both ways. Rest only a few seconds between all sets kept heart rate up pretty good. 720 total reps. In 60 minutes maybe 75 minutes. Kept heart rate up pretty good

This lowering cholesterol diet and exercise regimen is helping my cut up a bit. Hahaha and yes mofos this is cut up for me Biaaatch!!! I’m gonna catch you @NeuroRN then the Krispy Kreme shit is on!!! You too @Dirtnasty (cept your strength big dirt).

His cycle, his plan. I’ve never heard of or personally run EQ for anything short than 12 weeks, and preferred 16.

I totally could be wrong but the EQ Ester is long, and shouldn’t really be hitting full effect until week 8.

A certain sponsor we all know and love that brings fire from the mountains in the form of knowledge supports the front load method. Which I tried last run and would recommend for an 8 week run.
Double the amount of EQ for the first week or two. I can’t remember his exact protocol.

I think EQ will work well for you if you are going in leaned down… I just don’t think 8 weeks is long enough.

I could be missing something, or being ignorant but this has always been my experience.
 
Has dbol and NPP and test prop. He has given me easily enough gear for 12 weeks except the test prop. But have 3 vials of that extra from freebies.

So I could do a 12 week with it easily. Maybe see how bloods look around week 7 and make a decision then?
 
I’m always pro blood work. I just don’t see 8 weeks being long enough to let EQ do it’s thing. 12 would be good if you front load.
 
Lol. I see a lot of pretty big guys in the gym with their trash form it’s pretty annoying. I guess if you go to the gym for 30 years and bounce around with your reps you’ll still get bigger in that time frame … <_< looks like their dancing to a beat while doing curls and shit lol
 
It was supposed to be Tren but I needed a break from Tren so he switched it up for me and did EQ. Probably cause it’s not so aggressive and I mentioned I’d like to try it sometime
